Delete your VYSIM account

This page provides an account-deletion method even when you cannot access the application.

Delete inside the app

  1. Open VYSIM and sign in.
  2. Open the account menu and choose Delete account.
  3. Review the explanation and confirm permanent deletion.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@hcs-creative.com from the Google email address used for your VYSIM account. Use the subject “VYSIM account deletion request.” We may ask you to confirm account ownership. Requests are processed without undue delay, normally within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your Google/Firebase identifier and profile details are replaced with anonymous values. Device notification tokens are deleted, support text is anonymized, temporary phone numbers and verification-message content are removed, and stored payment-provider payloads are cleared.

What may be retained

Anonymous wallet, order, payment, and ledger references may be retained when reasonably necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, security, or legal obligations. These retained records no longer contain your phone number, verification-message content, or active account identity.

Deletion is permanent and the deleted account cannot be restored. For more information, read the VYSIM Privacy Policy.
