VYSIM Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VYSIM, operated by HCS Creative. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Service

VYSIM provides prepaid access to temporary numbers for supported, lawful one-time verification use cases. Availability, countries, operators, prices, delivery times, and the ability to receive a message depend on third-party providers and can change without notice.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and use the service in your location. You must not use VYSIM to commit fraud, impersonate another person, harass others, send spam, evade a suspension or platform restriction, create abusive accounts, access a service without authorization, or violate any law or third-party terms. We may limit or suspend accounts reasonably associated with abuse, payment fraud, automation, or security threats.

Credits and purchases

Credit packages are purchased through Google Play. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between users. The amount and localized purchase price shown by Google Play control the transaction. We credit a wallet only after server-side purchase verification.

Orders and refunds

The credit price is displayed before an order and verified again when you buy. A number charge may be returned to your VYSIM wallet only when the upstream provider confirms that the order is eligible for cancellation or expiry without a received message. An order that already received a message may be ineligible for refund. Google Play purchase refunds and chargebacks are governed by Google Play and may result in reversal of related credits.

Accounts

You are responsible for access to your Google account and device. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Account deletion is permanent and can be initiated in the app or through the account deletion page.

Availability and liability

We work to keep VYSIM available and accurate, but third-party inventory, networks, and platforms can fail or change. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee that every number will receive a message or remain accepted by a third-party platform.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect service, security, or legal changes. Material updates may require renewed acceptance in the app.
